I am a licensed social worker, therapist, consultant and trained birthworker specializing in perinatal mental health and the Black birthing experience.
My philosophy is that ‘every family should be nurtured and cared for during their transition to parenthood. It is a rites of passage that has no manual, only the virtue of patience, sacrifice and sense of community that is necessary to hold space for a family on the other side of birth.’
